Terms of Service

1. Who can use EduDZ

EduDZ is reserved for teachers, educators and educational institutions. During the pilot phase, accounts can only be created by invitation.

You must be at least 18 years old, give accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Verification

To publish resources, post in the forum or rate resources, your account must be verified. You may be asked to upload a teaching certificate or, for schools, an approval document. These documents are only seen by EduDZ administrators and are used solely for verification.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the resources, posts, ratings and other content you publish. By publishing, you grant EduDZ a non-exclusive, free licence to host, display and distribute that content to EduDZ members, for as long as it remains on the platform.

You may only publish content you created or have the right to share. Do not upload textbooks, publishers' material or any work protected by someone else's rights without permission. EduDZ removes content reported as infringing.

4. Acceptable use

Be respectful and professional. Harassment, discrimination, hateful or illegal content, spam, advertising and the sharing of personal data of pupils are forbidden.

Do not attempt to access other accounts, bypass security, copy the platform's content in bulk, or use automated tools (scraping) on EduDZ.

5. Ownership of the platform

The EduDZ name, logo, design, source code, software and databases are the exclusive property of Mohyiddine Bennaceur and are protected by Algerian law (Ordinance 03-05 on copyright) and international conventions. All rights reserved.

Copying, reproducing, decompiling, reverse-engineering, modifying, distributing or publicly displaying any part of the platform without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Moderation and suspension

EduDZ may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms, without prior notice in serious cases. You can contact us to contest a decision.

7. Availability and liability

EduDZ is provided as is, especially during the pilot. We do our best to keep it available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Resources are shared by members; EduDZ does not guarantee their accuracy and is not liable for their use.

8. Changes, law and contact

These terms may change; members are informed of important changes. They are governed by Algerian law.
